The interesting thing re Pogacar, is that he seems to go well in poor weather, whereas other's form can dip in the cold and rain. There is some doubt about how good he is when it's very hot and the road goes very high. Today is the day we will see the answers to those questions!

Looks like only a small breakaway today, possibility of strong crosswinds later, and a very dodgy and technical finale into Carcassone. Any predictions? Could be one for Cav today!

For those of you who like these things, my daughter is working on the Tour this year and running the wlcmagazine feed on instagram. Some "behind the scenes" insight. She was a professional rider in her time, but now it's all about the social media!
