Well the Missions were okay but quite bulky for a caravan. They look tiny in the house but they are quite deep so hard to squeeze into a corner. I ended up with some Wharfedale Diamond 9s which are smaller, but to me sound better balanced if not the most transparent. Just got to invent some brackets...

So there is hope Simon. That's always good.
I don't have a NAS, just hard drives which worked with my laptop.

Still took over three months to sort out.

Thought about using a TDA7297 amp as i have a 13v supply in the caravan,
but it might not be good enough.

Anyone ever heard these, or got a pair? Wondering if they may be suitable for a touring caravan . Other small speakers from Cambridge Audio and Q Acoustics are a possibility, but maybe a bit OTT. My floorstanders are sadly a bit too big to lug around. Though I could use them in the awning, if I want...

Worth using an accountant at least for a year or two.
I did my own self assessment this year, after deciding that my accountant was too expensive.
The savings from not paying accountant, were almost wiped out by paying a bigger tax bill.

I don't think the cheap DAC boards have changed radically in the last few years. The AK4396 board was probably superior to the Crystal Semi boards that Lampizator championed. But i reckoned the difference was mainly in presentation. Vinyl lovers will probably prefer the AK4396. For me the easy going...
