But when I found I didn't need any gain Just remember (in case you need to) that there is both voltage and current gain. Just because you have enough of the first doesn't mean... Fat kid classroom back of.... blah blah perks up. How do I know which one we may need, no really, serious question.

Yep I added copper screening tape and a lower noise input protector that Andrew had from Keysight. I remember he was worried it was Keysight ip but I found it in TAOE later. Ta, did you leave the screening tape floating or connect it to cct gnd? That would have been me. Nearly 10 years ago! Awethum...
