The junction here, TA2 7SG, for example. I approach from the North but traffic from west just keeps on coming even after I get an amber light. But it happens everywhere.

Then there's the other side of the coin, the drivers stopped at a red light who seem surprised and/or totally unprepared when the amber then green come on!

On the subject of road traffic policing, I'm surprised that no politician has yet suggested tapping into the easy revenue stream to be had from amber gamblers.
