Anyone ever heard these, or got a pair?
Wondering if they may be suitable for a touring caravan.
Other small speakers from Cambridge Audio and Q Acoustics are a possibility, but maybe a bit OTT.
My floorstanders are sadly a bit too big to lug around. Though I could use them in the awning, if I wanted to be a noise nuisance.

Yep, for many years we had a pair as our main workshop speakers Al. They're OK, big sound from a small plastic box, driven hard everyday by a Denon SS amp. The suspension foam eventually dried on ours and left the cone to wobble about! Spare parts are available but I upgraded the workshop system to a Fonken 167eN single driver cabinet that Dave at P10 designed and a an old WD KEL34.
The little JBL's took quite a bit of driving sound good, I reckon they'd be good in a caravan. Cheapish too!

I'd say Mission's old 760i bookshelf speakers will be a fair contender here.
Similar sort of money, but they're rather nice through the midrange. They don't need a rocket up them to get going, but will take a fair bit of power before sounding harsh.
There's always some on eBay.

I have a pair these somewhere used to use them as rear surround speakers, I've often seen them used in pubs for background speaker which they're good for as you can get dedicated wall mount brackets, I also let my daughter use them with a cheepo cd system when she was a teenager they made it sound far better than it should have.

Well the Missions were okay but quite bulky for a caravan. They look tiny in the house but they are quite deep so hard to squeeze into a corner.
I ended up with some Wharfedale Diamond 9s which are smaller, but to me sound better balanced if not the most transparent.
Just got to invent some brackets of some sort. Not easy with one arm, but time is on my side.
