It may be an impossible quest in these "high tech" days, but does anyone still manufacture a bog basic microwave oven these days ?

It's for my Mum, and all she needs is one with a turntable and timer.

No fancy automated features that only confuse old people. :lol:

When I saw the title I thought 'building a CD player or record player from a microwave - this will be interesting!" :mrgreen:

Mine's a Panasonic be lost without it but yeah it's got features I haven't tried yet

I thought you could still buy a simple microwave in many larger supermarkets..
