I gave it a go - well, why not?

the problem was something akin to carpel tunnel syndrome, the symptom, awful pain in the wrist.

For one month I took cbd as it said in the package. A friend did exactly the same for the same wrist pain but perhaps this was more due to the nature of his work and getting older. It didn't help me one jot and after physio proved not to be too useful either I had a couple of shots of hydrocortisol in the wrist - Bliss! Wonderful pain free loveliness. My friend thought it did help but, funnily enough, also sought the classic medical route too and that seems more effective.

This last week or so I have been getting pains...its been about a year.

Hmmm... I have long term pain in my hands - so painful, carrying shopping bags was bad and even putting my hands in my pockets was bad. I couldn't even tuck in sheets etc. Finger joints were huge & gnarly.

Had x-rays and standard tests. Doctor was suggesting lots of Naproxen & steroids, long term... not an option I want to chase.

Been taking 2.5%/3drops full-spectrum CBD thrice daily for 3 weeks. Pain almost gone, hand joints reducing in size. I can now grip a tennis racket and play decently for the first time in a year or so. Used a reputable source with independently audited lab results (there are a lot of cowboys out there).

Three weeks is too short a time for a meaningful conclusion as I know that this can come and go in waves lasting several months, however the the trial results to date (for me at least) are promising...

I'd be interested in the experiences of others, especially suppliers etc.

Holland & Barrett.

I really wanted the CBS to work or indeed ameliorate the condition a bit. I have a soft spot for cannabis, you see.

It might have hit the spot for you but your'scand my experiences

Ooops sorry.

Our examples are mere anecdote.

I was talking to a lady recently (one of Jeans friends) and she has suffered pains (can't remember if it was rheumatic or arthritic) and now swears by Turmeric supplements. She make her own from Turmeric powder, coconut oil and black pepper.

Jean is prescribed Meloxicam for her arthritic hands/fingers.

Well.. I get my stuff from Cibdol at the moment as they seem to have an excellent reputation and do a 3-for-2 and free shipping to the UK... except they use Hermes (pah!).

One thing from that thread was https://www.purelifeuk.co.uk/product-ca ... -products/ who seem pretty reasonably priced and have a good range...

reasonably priced
I guess that depends if it does anything. If not, anything other than 0,00 is not reasonable.

Could be said about absolutely anything. Not sure what point you're trying to make... apart from a statement of the obvious.

Nothing deep, sometimes the obvious is worth stating.

Indeed, as the obvious may not be obvious to all and sundry, obviously.

And is a cigar just a cigar ? Maybe a Corona, or one of many other types ?

It was a quote from Sigmund Freud.
