Well, still going on the lemon juice + water + cider vinegar.

Nothing bad happening, that I know of. :D

By changing my diet, mainly the volume, and avoiding things that I know give me stomach problems, and taking a "few" different supplements, I've managed to reduce my blood pressure and my blood sugar level.

Also, my weight is now down to 80Kg, so my BMI has improved, but there is a little more to go ideally.

Ghandi did the lemon juice and water thing for 21 days during one of his hunger strikes.

Mind you, he almost died.

Just had my first serving of organic Matcha green tea. Whisked and served in a soup bowl.

Time will tell.

I've got some great crystals you can buy. Wave them around a bit and you'll be cured (even of ailments you don't know you have)...

Bargain at GBP 799 each...

I've added a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to my plan, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

My current regime has several objectives.

1) Vitamin D3, same reason as everyone else.

2) To try and reduce artery "furring up", and in turn reduce blood pressure.

3) To control calcium, and ensure it ends up where it should (bones) and not in muscle tissue or in the kidneys.
4) To reduce my weight a bit more and so improve my BMI, and hopefully my blood sugar level.

5) To eat less, improve my waste disposal and stomach/digestion issues.

To try and achieve the above I am taking several different supplements, and so far as I can tell, things are going well.
