Owston 2024?

Just wondering where thoughts are regarding an Owston meet-up later in the year?

I would definitely be interested in coming up again for a day and would happily organise if I weren't a couple of hundred miles away - I could find a venue down here but I doubt you guys would be up for a trip down to Somerset, unless it's to park on the M5 in August.

Are any of you interested enough to do pre-publicity on here, book the room, start a who's coming thread, pay for the room and pass on food requirements, collect the contributions?

We've been spoilt for years by Steve who has done a top-class job of organising it.
How about someone else taking up the baton for 2024?
If anyone were to do so, they'd have my thanks and appreciation.

@lindsayt, as i said in my initial post, I would be happy to organise something but I'm down in Somerset so it's not really practical for me to pursue a Yorkshire venue and I can't imagine people would be prepared to come down here.

I'm happy to organise one for next year, but I've got alot on at the moment ..not a spare week end till December.

I can't even make the wam show which I also enjoy

Im happy for anyone else to arrange a meet up this year, but I will organise one April or May ? next year.

I've been all winter on my daughters house , a total refurbishment and in a rush to get the lounge finished in time for my next holiday thats looming. My hifi has taken a back seat and I've got a new bike I'm struggling to get out on too.
