Do you think you could find out what a pair of PWRAL-3 would cost please?
Price for these boxes is NT$3200/pc - £50/pc

I have had confirmation from THL Audio that the prices for the PRAL-43339L preamp chassis i originally posted include for all the RCA sockets, Power Socket, Fuse holder, Power switch etc. that the cut-outs are made for, so makes the price that much more attractive though astill a little on the expensive side.

I think I will take the plunge and order this chassis for my preamp build in the hope I can fit all in it.

THL have also advised that discounts will be available for ordering more than one.

Nick,
please advise if you wish to order the PWRAL-3 boxes.

Paul Bannister,
I will be placing an order for the preamp chassis, If you want one I'll ask them what discount is on offer.

Andrew,
do you want a price for any of their chassis before I place an order?

Regards

I think I will be sensible and say not just now, but thanks for finding those prices. I may still get a couple, but it would make sense to finish the amp I am working on now first instead of hording parts for the next one :-)

Hi Colin,

Much the same as Nick, I'm afraid, and to cap it I'm skint. I look forward to seeing what you come up with, they do look very good.

cheers,

Andrew / Nick,

Understood.

I'll just await on Paul Bannister getting back to me before I place my order.

Will,

those do look tasty. The only problem for me is one of size. The most suitable chassis for my preamp build is 30mm shorter in depth and 30mm shorter in length. Pity.

However, I am going to build one of the 6EM7 amps (the TX's and Chokes are on order with AE Europe) and one of these chassis might just be the thing.

Thanks for spotting them.

Colin
